ooooo.... possibly a free neural remap to go with the learning skill removal??
Sure as hell better be.
I remapped two days before the learning skill change was announced. Been ****ed ever since.

Why?
How was I supposed to know they were going to change it? I can't see into the future....

Actually the question still stands, why?
It's not as if the learning skills removal, changes your remap.
Pretty much this. What would have done differently if you had known about the removal of learning skills, and their immediate replacement with stats that made your attributes almost exactly the same as before?
If I knew about it before then I would have mapped for even attributes so I'm not limited to just training what I'm primarily mapped for. With the change to the attributes and a fresh remap I can go for an even distribution and have decent training times for any and all skills.
It's irrelevant whether it's a good idea or not to have even attributes. As it's all opinion.

Why weren't you able to go for an even distribution before this?
Or, perhaps more accurately: why do you feel that you want to go for an even distribution after this change and why didn't you want to do it before?
Because before this change I didn't have full attributes. After it, I will. (i didn't have full learning because I'm still somewhat a new character)
I would have gone for and stayed with an even map had I had all learning skills trained. But I did not...

Fine. How about a remap just as a good gesture.
Honestly...why would anyone be against a free remap anyway?
Do you turn down money if someone offers it to you for free?
See this is why we can't have nice things...
